VIP Attendee Room Drops
The quantity for your VIP in-suite gift drop will be 50 items for the attendees of your choice. When coming up with ideas for your gift, please keep in mind that the recipients will likely be flying with it, so try to avoid anything fragile. There is no price minimum or maximum for the gift so feel free to get creative – historically, usually $10-$50 is spent per gift.
You may only drop a single item. If you do have more than one piece, they must be placed in a closed box or combined together via a sturdy tie or bag. There is no exception. Non-perishable food items are allowed but they must be individually packaged and in a sealed, airtight bag. You may include a card on each item, but we ask that the card is not personalized to ensure a quick drop off. However, if you do provide a personalized card, please ensure the guest’s name is on the outside of the card and that the card is attached to the outside of the item.
Please email a description of what your gift is to Leigh Rose, Senior Account Manager with The Financial Brand by January 23, 2024. Ideally, provide the size (box size or item size) and weight per gift as well.
You will need to make sure your materials arrive at the Freeman warehouse no later than Thursday, May 9th.
Warning: Do NOT ship your materials to the Aria!
Please note: These must be shipped separate from your booth materials. You will also need to make sure these shipments have special color-coded labels. The Financial Brand will share your shipping labels on February 7, 2024.
