3D Branding Cube

You’ll put your marketing messages directly in front of Forum 2025 attendees with this dramatic branding element. You can place your tower in your booth, or high-traffic areas like the entrance to the Forum conference space or main ballroom foyers.

ARTWORK: 36” x 36” with 1/8” Bleed per side.

Each cube has a total of 6 sides. 4 of which may be branded. Make note that the top and bottom of each cube should simply be a color, not a marketing message since it is not visible when stacked. There are a total of 3 cubes stacked, meaning you may brand a total of 12 panels. We recommend keeping the same image on each cube since it will be visible from different angles. This would mean a total of three 36” x 36” designs. Final files should be a print ready PDF.

Appointment Setting

Book private meetings with potential clients. Prior to the conference, The Financial Brand asks attendees if they’d like to meet with representatives from your company during the Forum 2025, or schedule intro calls before the event. During last year’s conference, nearly 300 meetings were arranged for more than a dozen different companies — some sponsors have more than 40 meetings pre-arranged before the conference even kicks off! Leads provided include full contact information with email address and phone numbers.

Appointment Setting Deliverables:

  • Profile (50 words or less preferred): This should be a short description outlining what your company does, but even more, why attendees should meet with you. What’s the takeaway? What can they expect beyond the standard pitch? Think of it like your eHarmony dating profile – just with a business spin. Your profile should be interesting, compelling, and unique.
  • Exhibitor Contact: The exhibitor contact who should appear in the appointment setting request including the “from” email. The contact could be the company name, a representative from the company, etc.
  • Optional: Your company’s hex color(s) for branding on the Appointment Setting email (2 max)

Badge Scan & Lead Retrieval

Capture full contact info for everyone who stops by your booth — name, company, role/position, asset size, mailing address, and email address. Note that we do not include phone numbers. Your team can use their own mobile devices for scanning — compatible with both iOS and Android devices. Leads are pooled into one list for your company, which you can quickly download at any time, during or after the conference.

You can expect to receive additional details regarding your badge scanning license(s) via Cvent and by February 2025.

Beverage Booth

Turn-key beverage stations in each ballroom with guaranteed booth traffic.

Your Beverage Station includes a custom 20×10 backdrop with custom branded counters, 20×10 carpet, power for accent lighting, and daily beverages, including juice and coffee served for breakfast. Iced tea, lemonade, and coffee at lunch. During receptions, you’ll have a bartender serving beer, wine, and mixed drinks at a hosted open bar.

Breakout Session Sponsor

Generate hundreds of new leads and prospects. Pick from any of 32 different breakouts on topics ranging from marketing strategy and CX, to digital banking and AI.

As attendees enter your selected session, Forum 2025 personnel scans every attendee’s badge. After the conference, you’ll receive a spreadsheet with full contact info including email addresses of every attendee at the session. You can also drop your company’s marketing piece on attendees’ seats.

Seat Drop Requirements: The material(s) to be dropped should not be more than one piece or item. If you do have more than one piece, then they would need to be stapled together or tethered. Paper clip attachments are not allowed. Non-perishable food items are allowed but they must be individually packaged and in a sealed, airtight bag. The marketing material will be placed on a chair, so the size of the material is not to exceed 14” (L) x 12” (W).

Breakout attendance ranges from 250 – 600 attendees on average, depending on the topic. As a breakout session sponsor, please plan on a minimum of 350 pieces. We will have a more accurate number for your marketing collateral orders closer to Forum 2025.

Carpet, Table, & Chairs

Rental includes a 6’ rectangular table with a black skirt, two black chairs, and default black carpet installation. Other carpet color options are available upon request and listed to the right.

Note: Padding is not included under your carpet, but can be added on Freeman Online. The link to order on Freeman Online will be available by January 2025.

Daily Email Sponsor

Put your company’s marketing message in the daily emails sent to all attendees while they are at the conference. These emails go out every evening, telling attendees what’s happening in the next 24 hours. It’s a perfect opportunity to remind them about your special event or to stop by your booth.

Your company’s marketing message will be displayed inside a banner on the daily email that will be sent to attendees each evening during the event.

Artwork: The size of the banner artwork will need to be 600dpi x 200dpi.

Dedicated Emails

We send your company’s marketing message or special announcement directly to the inbox of every attendee. You can use the email to invite attendees to your company event during the conference, drive booth traffic, or extend a special offer.

Email Requirements:

  • Emails cannot be co-branded. Please do not mention The Financial Brand.
  • Please provide HTML code — responsive for mobile. If your HTML code is not mobile responsive, we reserve the right to rebuild it in our own responsive template. Alternate Format: If you are unable to generate HTML code for your email, please let us know ASAP. Please ensure your email loads properly and looks as intended, check responsiveness prior to sending.
  • Please include all written copy in a Microsoft Word file (max. 400 words).

Deliverables:

  • Email Subject Line: Max. 60 characters (emojis not allowed).
  • Summary/preview snippet: Max. 120 characters (emojis not allowed).
  • Date You Would Like to Send Your Email: We recommend sending the email within 10 days from the start of the Forum 2024. It’s when attendees are most dialed in and planning for heading out of the office.
  • All images as separate, individual Photoshop files. If you want to include a hero/header image, the dimensions can be no larger than 600×460.

You may provide up to 3 still images and/or videos. Videos may not exceed 30 seconds, however, we recommend keeping your videos to less than 15 seconds.

Please note: Your assigned General Session is included in your Sponsor Agreement. Seat drops may be shared with up to two additional sponsors. The date and time of each seat drop will be prioritized according to each sponsor’s total investment at the Forum 2025.

INSIGHTS Magazine Article

Publish an article with your company’s insights, share a case study, or announce a new product. Bring your story to life with photos of your leadership team, quotes from clients, charts, graphs, etc. Our team can even help you write it!

This magazine is given to all attendees at the Forum 2025 and includes critical information about the conference — agenda, schedule, maps, etc.

Important Details: 

  • Articles should focus on an industry topic, not a specific product or service. Keep readers engaged by providing valuable information and avoid overt marketing.
  • Articles are subject to review and can be rejected for any reason.
  • The Financial Brand will design the layout and may edit text if needed. A PDF will be sent to show the layout and provide a final chance to check content. Edits should be limited to fixing errors.

Article Deliverables:

  • Articles must delivered in Microsoft Word. Word Count: Stories must be 1,250-1,750 words
  • Please include author, title, and company for the article byline.
  • Images and charts (not required): 300dpi. Provide images, photos or graphics you would like featured. These should be in PNG, JPEG, or vector format (300dpi). Please send the highest resolution and send them separately — do not embed them in the Microsoft Word document. The Financial Brand may include/exclude photos and graphics if needed.
  • Headline: Maximum 60 characters (including spaces). Shorter is better for layout and capturing attention. If the headline is longer, consider trimming to the main theme/benefit and turning the rest into a subhead.

LCD Rental

Run live demos, showcase your company’s solutions, and tell your brand story on a 40″ LCD TV.

Important Details:

  • You are unable to stream video via Wi-Fi on to the LCD Screen.
  • Content should be downloaded to a flash drive, or streamed directly from your cell phone/laptop. The necessary hardwiring to do so will be provided with your LCD Screen.

Mobile App Push Posts

Invite attendees to your dinner, party, session, or demo. You could offer attendees a gift if they stop by your booth. Or announce a new product launch. You pick the day and time your message goes out!

Please note: Sponsors are not allowed to spam the mobile app activity feed with self-promotional messages. This prevents the feed from being littered with posts saying “Stop by our booth #123”. Sponsors who abuse the app activity feed have their ability to post revoked.

Push posts can be delivered with up to 140 characters. Your character count should include all spaces. Do not use any emojis or icons in the text you provide. Be sure to send exactly what you would like displayed to the audience. While we will keep an eye out for typos, the final text provided should be fully approved to send.

You’re welcome to choose the date/time of your push post if you’d like to use it for a specific booth event, session, etc., however, it cannot be during a session. It’ll need to fall in between sessions or during exhibit hall hours.

If you would like to choose a specific date/time that meets these guidelines, these slots are given on a first come, first serve basis so please let us know ASAP.

Mobile App Sponsor

Includes branding and links within the mobile app, plus three promoted posts pushed to all attendees. Includes on-site messaging and signage acknowledging the sponsor.

Deliverables:

  • PDFs of whitepapers or any promotional ad slicks/materials.
  • A company description if you’d like to add additional information than what you’ve provided within your sponsor profile.
  • Specific contact details including email if you’d like to have a direct contact(s) provided to attendees.
  • If you’d like a custom landing page where we can direct attendees, you’re welcome to put that together and share the URL with us. It can point to a lead generation form or the like to collect contact details.
  • Any special promotion for services or discounts.

In addition to your dedicated branding on the mobile app, you’ll be able to send up to 3 dedicated push posts throughout the Forum 2025 to all attendees. Below are some sample messages:

Tote Bag Insert

Put your marketing materials, special invitation, or creative giveaway in every attendee’s hands right at the outset of the Forum 2025. When attendees check in at the registration desk, they receive a tote bag with conference materials — pocket guide, magazine, passport, and your item!

The material placed in the tote bag should not be more than one piece. It may not be larger than 8.5” x 11” in size. Postcard size is the best insert.

The quantity for your tote bag insert will be 2,000 items.

Shipping details will be released by January 2025.

VIP Attendee Room Drops

Surprise and delight key attendees with a special gift! Pick your attendees and The Financial Brand will deliver your gift straight to their rooms. You can get creative and send them just about anything — tchotchkes, toys, etc. This is marketing at its best!

When coming up with ideas for your gift, please keep in mind that the recipients will likely be flying with it, so try to avoid anything fragile. There is no price minimum or maximum for the gift so feel free to get creative – historically, usually $10-$50 is spent per gift.

You may only drop a single item. If you do have more than one piece, they must be placed in a closed box or combined together via a sturdy tie or bag. There is no exception. Non-perishable food items are allowed but they must be individually packaged and in a sealed, airtight bag. You may include a card on each item, but we ask that the card is not personalized to ensure a quick drop off. However, if you do provide a personalized card, please ensure the guest’s name is on the outside of the card and that the card is attached to the outside of the item.

Please email a description of what your gift is to Leigh Rose, Senior Account Manager with The Financial Brand by January 23, 2024. Ideally, provide the size (box size or item size) and weight per gift as well.
