You can book your stay for any night between Friday, April 11th and Thursdsay, April 17th. To ensure you don’t miss anything Monday when the conference kicks off, all attendees should arrive no later than Sunday, April 13th, and check out Thursday, April 17th.

Monday, April 14th

All sponsors and exhibitors are encouraged to arrive Saturday, April 12th, so they can pick up their exhibitor badges early and begin unpacking and assembling their booths Sunday. All exhibit booths must be completely set-up no later than 4 pm.
Attendees should plan to arrive on Sunday, April 13th so they can stop by and pick up their conference pass at the Forum 2025 Registration Desk first thing Monday morning. Pick up your badge early, before lines get long!
