Getting the Most Out of the Forum
Everyone with a conference pass can attend every keynote and breakout session — no need to reserve your seat or sign up in advance. If you bring a co-worker or get a group rate with 3+ members from your team, you can divide and conquer.
Watch Recorded Sessions Later
With a Gold Pass, you’ll be able to access the entire Forum+ video library, so you can watch recordings of all keynotes and breakout sessions whenever you like. That means you won’t have to worry about missing anything, and you can watch the sessions with your team when you get back to the office.
What Nights Should You Stay?
To get the most out of the Forum 2022, we strongly recommend you book your stay at the Aria Hotel Resort in Las Vegas starting the night of Sunday, November 13th so that you don’t miss the workshops, the hosted grand opening reception in the exhibit hall, Jay Leno’s private show, or Monday’s keynote with Magic Johnson.
Traveling from the East Coast?
For attendees from the East Coast, we recommend you plan to arrive on Saturday, November 12th to ensure you are on-time for the Sunday afternoon workshops and evening events. We also recommend you book your stay through Wednesday night, checking out Thursday, November 17th.
