The Digital LED Video Posters will feature your marketing message in high quality throughout the event venue. You can provide your marketing message via a still image or video. Please note that video ads cannot be any longer than 12 seconds.

  • Artwork Size (H X W): 74.9” x 22.5”

  • File Format: All standard photo and video formats accepted (PPT, PDF, JPG, PNG, MP4, etc.)

3D Marketing Cubes

ARTWORK: 36” x 36” with 1/8” Bleed per side.

Each cube has a total of 6 sides. 4 of which may be branded. Make note that the top and bottom of each cube should simply be a color, not a marketing message since it is not visible when stacked. There are a total of 3 cubes stacked, meaning you may brand a total of 12 panels. We recommend keeping the same image on each cube since it will be visible from different angles. This would mean a total of three 36” x 36” designs. Final files should be print ready PDF.

Tote Bag Insert

The material placed in the tote bag should not be more than one piece. It may not be larger than 8.5” x 11” in size. Postcard size is the best insert.

The quantity for your tote bag insert will be 2,000 items.

You will need to make sure your materials arrive at the Freeman warehouse no later than Thursday, May 9th.

Insights Magazine

Please note: Articles should focus on an industry topic, not a specific product or service. Keep readers engaged by providing valuable information and avoid overt marketing. Ads for live or virtual conferences will not be accepted. Webinars are allowed. Ads and articles are subject to review and can be rejected for any reason.

Ad Format: 300dpi PDF with 1/4” bleed and 1/4” live. Crop marks are not required but should be set outside the bleed area. All files must be CMYK. Spot colors or RGB will be automatically converted. We cannot be responsible for color shifts that take place in ads that are not supplied as CMYK.

Ad Format Specs (L x W):

  • Bleed: 11.5” x 9”
  • Trim: 11” x 8.5”
  • Live (safe): 10.5” x 8”

Article Format: Must be in Microsoft Word with a minimum of 850 Words and images with 300dpi.

The Financial Brand will provide the layout and may edit text if needed. A PDF will be sent to show layout and provide a final chance to check content. Edits should be limited to fixing errors.

  • Word Count: 1,000-1,500 words is ideal to ensure the article is not too short or too lengthy. Articles can be longer if needed, but we cannot utilize an article less than 850 words. See examples on the next page for sample word counts to use as a guide when deciding balance between text, photos and graphics. Please include author, title and company for article byline.
  • Format: Please provide the content as a Microsoft Word document.
  • Images and charts: Provide images, photos or graphics you would like featured. These should be in PNG, JPEG, or vector format. Please send the highest resolution and send them separately — do not embed them in the Microsoft Word document. The Financial Brand may include/exclude photos and graphics if needed.
  • Headline: Maximum 60 characters (including spaces). Shorter is better for layout and capturing attention. If the headline is longer, consider trimming to the main theme/benefit and turn the rest into a subhead.

General Session Seat Drops

Seat Drop Requirements: The material(s) to be dropped should not be more than one piece or item. If you do have more than one piece, then they would need to be stapled together or tethered. Paper clip attachments are not allowed. Non-perishable food items are allowed but they must be individually packaged and in a sealed, airtight bag. The marketing material will be placed on a chair, so the size of the material is not to exceed 14” (L) x 12” (W).

The quantity for your seat drop will be 2,750 items and the sessions will be assigned by The Financial Brand for General Session seat drops.

You will need to make sure your materials arrive at the Freeman warehouse no later than Thursday, May 9th.

Sponsored Breakout Session Seat Drops

Seat Drop Requirements: The material(s) to be dropped should not be more than one piece or item. If you do have more than one piece, then they would need to be stapled together or tethered. Paper clip attachments are not allowed. Non-perishable food items are allowed but they must be individually packaged and in a sealed, airtight bag. The marketing material will be placed on a chair, so the size of the material is not to exceed 14” (L) x 12” (W).

Breakout attendance ranges from 250 – 600 attendees on average depending on the topic. As a breakout session sponsor, please plan on a minimum of 350 pieces. If you select a session we anticipate being larger, we will notify you in advance to ensure ample marketing collateral is provided.

VIP Attendee Room Drops

The quantity for your VIP in-suite gift drop will be 50 items for the attendees of your choice. When coming up with ideas for your gift, please keep in mind that the recipients will likely be flying with it, so try to avoid anything fragile. There is no price minimum or maximum for the gift so feel free to get creative – historically, usually $10-$50 is spent per gift.

You may only drop a single item. If you do have more than one piece, they must be placed in a closed box or combined together via a sturdy tie or bag. There is no exception. Non-perishable food items are allowed but they must be individually packaged and in a sealed, airtight bag. You may include a card on each item, but we ask that the card is not personalized to ensure a quick drop off. However, if you do provide a personalized card, please ensure the guest’s name is on the outside of the card and that the card is attached to the outside of the item.

Please email a description of what your gift is to Leigh Rose, Senior Account Manager with The Financial Brand by January 23, 2024. Ideally, provide the size (box size or item size) and weight per gift as well.

Appointment Setting

How does it work? The Financial Brand asks bank and credit union attendees if they’d like to meet with your representatives during the Forum 2024. We will provide you with leads including full name, company, title, and email address. You will coordinate your meeting day, time, and location. Our team will send the Appointment Setting survey to all attendees twice. The first send will be in early/mid-April with the second send being a few weeks later. For each of our email sends, your team can expect to receive any interested attendee leads within 48 hours after we contact attendees.

Here is what we need to ensure you maximize the number of appointments you may receive:

  • Appointment Setting Profile (50 words or less preferred): This should be a short description outlining what your company does, but even more, why attendees should meet with you. What’s the takeaway? What can they expect beyond the standard pitch? Think of it like your eHarmony dating profile – just with a business spin. Your profile should be interesting, compelling, and unique.
  • Please send your profile as a Word document or simply paste it in a reply email.

To help you with your profile, I have included some sample profile descriptions below that were inviting and performed well.

Badge Scanning

Lead retrieval and badge scanning are provided by our registration team, Pheedloop, for sponsors and exhibitors who have elected it. You will utilize a single license for as many of your devices as you plan to have on-site. Apple devices such as iPhones or iPads are preferred to ensure ease of scanning. There is no cap on the number of devices you can scan with.

Data can be downloaded on demand at your convenience throughout the show or following the event.

The data delivered will include the attendee’s name, title, address, company, email, and street address. Note that we do not include phone numbers.

If you’d like to explore a custom API for the data, please email Leigh Rose, Senior Account Manager with The Financial Brand, as soon as possible to ensure there are no issues with lead management.

You can expect to receive additional details and directive for lead retrieval and badge scanning on or before April 11th, 2024.

Dedicated Emails

Email Requirements:

  • Emails cannot be co-branded. Please do not mention The Financial Brand.
  • Please provide HTML code — responsive for mobile. If your HTML code is not mobile responsive, we reserve the right to rebuild it in our own responsive template. Alternate Format: If you are unable to generate HTML code for your email, please let us know ASAP. Please ensure your email loads properly and looks as intended, check responsiveness prior to sending.
  • Please include all written copy in a Microsoft Word file (max. 400 words).

Deliverables:

  • Email Subject Line: Max. 60 characters (emojis not allowed).
  • Summary/preview snippet: Max. 120 characters (emojis not allowed).
  • Date You Would Like to Send Your Email: We recommend sending the email within 10 days from the start of the Forum 2024. It’s when attendees are most dialed in and planning for heading out of the office.
  • All images as separate, individual Photoshop files. If you want to include a hero/header image, the dimensions can be no larger than 600×460.

Daily Email Sponsor

Your company’s marketing message will be displayed inside a banner on the daily email that will be sent to attendees each evening during the event. The size of the banner will need to be 600dpi x 200dpi.

Push posts can be delivered with up to 250 characters. Your character count should include all spaces. Do not use any emojis or icons in the text you provide.
