A Rutgers University graduate with dual degrees in Accounting and IT, he holds CISSP, AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Security Specialist, and CPA credentials. His practical approach to security has been recognized through publications on the AWS Open Source Blog and speaking engagements at AWS Re:Inforce 2022. At iBusiness Funding, Ajish leads infrastructure and security initiatives, drawing on his unique blend of accounting and technology expertise.

Katherine Eddleman oversees a multimillion-dollar, cross-channel media program driving brand awareness and customer growth for one of the nation’s largest regional banks. With over 15 years in marketing, she collaborates with top-tier agencies to seamlessly integrate upper-funnel brand storytelling with high-impact, data-driven digital campaigns. Her innovative approach spans traditional and digital channels including TV, connected TV, social media, search, and programmatic advertising. Katherine holds degrees from Auburn University and the University of Alabama.

Marcell King is Partner and Head of Portfolio Company Strategies at Demopolis Equity Partners and President and COO of Nuuvia, a leading B2B youth digital banking provider. With over 30 years of experience spanning sales, marketing, product management, and operations in B2B payments, money movement, and fintech, Marcell has led teams at organizations ranging from start-ups to multi-billion-dollar enterprises including Global Payment Systems, InComm, Amazon, and Payveris.

Ryan Caldwell founded MX in 2010 and serves as Chairman of the Board. Before MX, he built and successfully exited several technology startups and consulted in Silicon Valley, Singapore, and London for some of the world’s leading companies including Visa and Microsoft.
